The office staff has begun collecting and recording emails of all customers interacted with for the Email Marketing Campaign. At the time of this writing, emails have been submitted by Kim, Candace, Monica and Donna. I am still coming up with a solution to avoid sending email surveys to people who have already recieved one. With my current software, I can see a very detailed report of recipients - who opened the email, how many interacted with it and how they interacted with it etc. This information will possibly be included in next month's report.
